To Whom It May Concern: I would like to personally thank your engineer and yourselves for the prompt response and repair of my Burglar Alarm. After my Burglar Alarm had been tampered with by a BT engineer I called you in the vain hope of it being able to be repaired and was greeted by a very helpful call centre agent for an appointment to be booked. Your engineer called me before his visit and gave me an estimated time of arrival. On arrival your engineer was very smart and his tool bag well organised, a trait of a very competent engineer. He had knowledge of my particular alarm and after much hard work and fault finding he managed to put it into installer mode over the weekend so that it wouldn’t alarm at 2am as it did on Friday morning. He also advised me of your maintenance program at £58 which I have agreed to have carried out annually. He explained that he would have to return on Monday 12th October to complete the repair and took my mobile work number to contact prior to arrival. This morning he called ahead and arrived within 10 minutes and immediately set about completing the repair, again after much hard work and tracing faults the repair was completed and I was overjoyed that the fault had been resolved. As a team manager for a major utility company responsible for 16 Gas Safe registered engineers I am fully aware of what traits and actions constitute an excellent visit for customers and your engineer displayed all of those in my home: • Phoned ahead and gave an ETA • Well presented • Tool bag organised • Protected work area • Very pleasant • Talked me through what he was doing and explained the issues • Left paper work • Promoted your business products • Left his contact details for any further problems • Thanked me on his exit. You delivered a fantastic level of service that I will be sure to recommend to friends and family and a clear example of a visit that would achieve a Net Promoter Score of 10 out of 10!!
